May 3rd i have placed a order from this boodmo application for my swift vxi ac compressor which cost rs.12209
Since they mentioned 5 days delivery i placed here and the product received on 9th may morning that too i went n collect directly from delivery shop. Because it's a necessary part
From there i directly went to garage for fitting and the machine shop person told the pully is not rotating.
Since the product has 10 days return policy so i took back my car from garage evening.
Then i placed the return request on the same day with details information picture also video.
Next day 10 th i got mail saying return request accepted fine 😊 i was happy but below the mail they mentioned
After pick up, it takes 6-8 working days* for the part to reach us & further 2 more days for inspection.
Once the inspection is done and the return is accepted, it takes 5-7 days* for the refund amount to reflect into your account.in case the return is rejected, you'll have 30 days to claim back the part before it's scraped.
They send non working product to me and they gone take two days inspection for that
Wats the logic.
Since it's a matter of 12200 i don't know to blindly beliv on this company boodmo.
Even though it's my 2nd order from this company.
