Book My Offer — Received a Fake Product

I had ordered for an Mi 20400 amh power bank and I have received the product. However The Xiaomi official website itself says they do not produce any power banks which is more than 10400 amh. I tried calling the customer service but they are not turning up. Please support me on the issue.

Updated by josearun And it doesn't seems to be charging when I tried connecting my sony xperia z1. It is noticed that the power bank itself getting charged.
