Book My Packet — sending me wrong parcel and forcing me to pay cash on delivery | |||||
Sir/mam, please help me out as i am receiving courier from book my parcel on two occasions. First time my mother was at home and she paid cash on delivery rs.699/- as they said that you have to pay as its cod written on the packet. So she paid for the order that was not even ordered by me. Second time she didnt pay and said to the courier boy that she will lodge a police complaint as the product they are forcing to pay for has not been ordered by us.
