Book My Yatra — Post hotel booking confirmation

I have done booking for hotel room through yatra.com app..my money got deducted from my account but I haven't received any confirmation message or mail on my mobile and also no booking history on Yatra.com app.. Help me with the booking or give refund immediately. I am requesting yatra. Com to resolve this issue and improve your customer services
