I booked a bus ticket in Yatra app on 27.08.2023, for the journey on 28.08.2023 from chennai to trichy on SIVA AMR Tours and Travels.
The journey timing is from 8.35 A.M TO 1.45 P.M.
The trip was suddenly cancelled by the operator without any prior notice, I want refund for that ticket...

Hello, Please give me my refund I tried booking kerala holiday money got deducted from account but webs shows technical error page, i call customer care of Yatra call says email them so I email them but no response from them too no way you can get hold of anyone from them. I booked direct flights from delhi to male via yatra choosing go first airlines.i saw direct flight there, later one month before departure got message that flight was cancelled and i spoke to gofirst people they said there use to be no direct flights frm delhi to male.
wrong information was given so tht they cld get business.
my whole tour was spoiled and 2500 rs extra were deducted as convenience fee.
this is illegal...

I have cancelled my hotel booking but not received refund amount to my debit card. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible....

I have booked two round trip from Trichy to Kualalampur and made the payment. Post debiting the money the ticket was not confirmed. I have been trying to reach out to the customer care but there was no response. We also tried to reach the office, but the office was not in the given address. We are yet to get the tickets or refund....

From sangli to Nagpur which was i get in ₹1260 and after i fill my information and then i paid amount by googlepe the yatra application gets slowed down and after that its automatically came back on home page. And now it is not showing my Any booking.. i want my booking otherwise my amount immediately otherwise...

Just now i have made payment while booking online flight ticket payment made from the yatra app using upi transaction
After i open upi app to make payment, amount got deducted but same booking not reflecting in yatra app.

I tried booking ticket from Bangalore to Kollam, INR.1689 got debited but ticket not received. And there's no proper customer support from yatra.what sort of international service are you providing. Atleast confirm whether the ticket is confirmed or not so that I can make another booking. Worst service, i suggest no one to yatra.

Hi, I was supposed to get a refund. They asked me for the bank details and everything. After that there was no repsonse. I have send then 12 -15 emails after their final response. YA:26762308.

They Sent an email on Dec 14, asking for the bank details for NEFT. After that it feels like everyone from yatra customer care has resigned, Zilch no response....
