I have booked a ac seater-sleeper bus ticket from delhi to patna on 25th may 2019 at a price cost of 2624 rupees. My pnr no[protected].
When i was going to board the bus the driver abruptly talked to me and said that the bus will go till hajipur.
As i was alone and had booked the ticket so i decided to board the bus till hajipur only.
Not even this... The lady beside me told that she had booked the ticket at a price of 1500 rupees only.
When the bus reached muzzaffarpur they said to change the bus and shifted me to an nonac regular bus till hajipur, and they said to pay the bill of the bus till hajipur.
When i complained to yatra for their pathetic service they hadn't responsed for 3-4 days.
Then i started to complain everyday and threatened them to complain to consumer forum, then the responsed.
But the didn't helped me …. As i have to give doubles charges for bus ride as compare to other passengers.
They only refunded 200 rupees as compensation... This is not fair as i was charged double and was left at muzzaffarpur to a nonac seater bus.
I want to you to look over this matter as yatra had earlier also showed pathetic service went i had to cancel was airplane ticket because of my medical condition.

We would like to inform you that we have checked the details, the bus was breakdown due to which the alternate bus was given to you. INR 200 refund given to all passenger due to inconvenience.
We have shown you the ticket price before confirmation. As per your requirement, the booking was confirmed. If you have the ticket with you, which bus operator sold at a cheaper rate, kindly share the ticket copy with us.
