[Resolved]  Book Window Online Book Store — Refund not processed

I ordered a book on Political Sociology on 22/03/2021 online from BookWindow.in and paid Rs.320. Later I was told that the book was out of stock. After many messages, they agreed to refund me the money within 7-10 days and asked me to provide my bank details which I provided. But it's been 15 days and they have not processed my refund. They even don't reply to my messages or receive my calls. Later when I checked their review in Google I found that my people faced the same problem. They don't provide books to people who are far away from Rajasthan as they know consumers can't visit their store physically. This is a scam and strict action should be taken against these kinds of sellers.
