We paid bookmybai their fees in full for a 24hr maid. We got a girl who was extremely good in her work but her health was very poor and hence she decided to go back home. Had to really twist out a second maid from the agency by keeping the salary on hold. I was almost forced another candidate from Assam saying she met my criteria. The girl who is completely uneducated comes to work on Friday. Sunday morning complains of headache and says wants to sleep more. She finally wakes up at 11am after being shaken from sleep. Since then I am trying to contact bookmybai...but very very clearly my call is being avoided...on all cellphones and landline. The said candidate is also a novice cook whereas I have paid for a good cook. I feel completely cheated
