I ordered a product worth rs. 399 from bookmycombo.com. After a few days, i received a mail from them saying that my ordered has been cancelled due to non-availability and i shall get a refund of the paid amount. However, i have not received any refund as yet. Also, i tried emailing and calling them a lot of times. I got 1 reply stating that my refund has been initiated but i never received it. My call was picked once out of 30 calls and was disconnected when i asked for a refund. I request you to take strict action against this fraud retailer.
