Bookmycombo — ordered for mi band 4 and received some fake m3 product which is not even working

I had ordered mi band 4 on offer buy one get one free for rs. 1499/- with order no. Bc[protected] on 9th march 2020 by doing online payment and i have received it today on 11th march 2020 which is a duplicate piece of some m3 brand and also one of the product seems used with scratches on its screen also one product is not even working after charging i need my money back and want to return the products asap. Requesting a strict action against such online fraudsters. If they don't want to sell original product then they should not give fake ad and fool customers like this. I have attached images of product seen online and placed order by making online payment. Also attaching order confirmation sms image. Please do the needful and help me get my money back.
