Bookmycombo — Sent wrong product which I ordered

Hi Team,

I am followup this has been from last 1 week after the product got delivered to me, this is not the product which I ordered, hence I want to return back and revert my money too, also I ordered another Item through Bookmycombo.

There is no update regarding that too, are you Fake company and whenever I dialled the number which you mentioned and its not atall reachable.

I am going to complaint or call me back to [protected], I really frustrated.Please help me.

We have received the T-Shirt from your company which not up to the mark (Bad Quality). We didn't expect this type of bad quality product from you. We are very frustrated.

I am ready to return the T-Shirt and please refund my amount. I have paid the amount in the form of cash on Delivery.

In that case, how will you refund the money to me.
