Bookmyflowers.com — Non Delivery of Flowers

On 28th August I had placed Order on line for a bouquet of flowers the order number is OR-265413 and the amount paid of Rs 799 through credit card. The flower was supposed to be delivered on 29th August between 9am to 6pm. I called up the call center the next day to check if the delivery was made and I got the response that it has not been done and by 6pm will be done. Post this continuously I was not able to reach the call center. I then started corresponding on mails and to my surprise I am receiving response stating that it has been delivered to the Security. We have checked with the security too and he has not given any delivery. I have asked for receipt and the company does not have any document confirming the delivery.
