I have dropped so many emails and tried reaching them every day.. But still i haven't get any response from them.. I have never seen or heard company like this.. This is such a shameless.. I literally begged them to respond my mail or call me but no response.. Can 1 person call me or respond me my mail.. Can you tell i am gonna get my money back or not???

On 28th August I had placed Order on line for a bouquet of flowers the order number is OR-265413 and the amount paid of Rs 799 through credit card. The flower was supposed to be delivered on 29th August between 9am to 6pm. I called up the call center the next day to check if the delivery was made and I got the response that it has not been done and by 6pm will be done. This is not the first time, but many times I have been misled by this portal with the information given. Recently, I booked a chocolate bouquet for Rs.750 with order# OR-249864. No where on the product page (http://www.bookmyflowers.com/dairy-milk-delight-combo-genpr-31994-c.html) have they mentioned that it is a courier product. This was not mentioned while placing order nor in the confirmation mail. I selected a delivery date for an occasion....
