Bookmymagazine.com — Order confirmation message not received and amount deducted from my netbanking account

Hello Sir,

SUBJECT : Query regarding online booking of two magazines through www.bookmymagazines.com

This is to inform you that I myself Amandeep Singh was a returning customer of www.bookmymagazines.com .
I had enrolled for two magazines via netbanking at www.bookmymagazines.com and to my utter surprise Rs 1449/- was deducted from my Netbanking account on 24 September, 2016.
Moreover, When i logged in to my bookmymagazines.com account, shopping cart shows no previous order history as i shows in my netbanking account reflects Rs1449 /- debited from my Account.
The magazines i book online are MAGICPOT and NETGEO KIDS .
Proof of money deduct attached
Please clarify on this strange phenomenon i will be grateful to you for your support in this regard.

Updated by replytoamandeep Online booking of magazines resulted in no order confirmation message to customer and money debited from customer netbanking account.

I myself ordered two magazines namely magicpot and NatGeo KIDS on bookmymagazines.com and after ordering for two magazines rs1449/- deducted from my SBOP Netbanking Account .The Proof of monet deducted from my SBOP Netbanking account is also attached and once i logged in to check why i had not receive order confirmation message on my Subscribed account on bookmymagazine . i m surprised to find it shows no previous order history.
It shows there is a sense of fraud in it .
Please help me to resolve my worries.
