I received the product on 06 Aug 2015
Delivered Samsung powerbank is previously used and is not working at all.
Delivered MI powerbank is dulpicate and is not charging phone for not more than 15 mins
i have registered complain on their website on 7 aug 2015 but didn't receive any feedback from their side yet, on calling customer care, line is put on hold and automatically disconnected after 2 mins
