i ordered a power bank mi 10400mah from bookmyoffer.com.my order details are Reference no. "[protected]" and email-id "ajay.bansal.[protected]@gmail.com" i sent a mail regarding this on the same day that i received product(22may 2015) and also submitted a query on there official website.but they didn't respond me till now(25may2015) i tried to contact them on there given on but they r not responding.i wants to refund my money back or some other product with equal amount with no quality compromise. please sir resolve my problem ASAP.
