I purchased mi or samsung power bank 20400mah worth of rs. 748 is a duplicate product and also use product. So replace with this case or other wise i will go consumer court. My order reference number is [protected] my date is 03/04/2016 time 18:00. They didn't attend my phone call also it fully damaged we can't use the product. So kindly replace the product with case it just fully fake product and duplicate. Cant able to use i have calling to customer care of bookmyoffer for 8 hour the didn't attend the call i want to replac this with case or other wise will go to consumer court.
