[Resolved] Bookmyoffer.com — Need to return product | |||||
I perchased one item from Bookmyoffer. Com online. What I received is different from what was shown during booking..product is looking like 2 nd hand and defected too. I have gone through all policies to return but didn't gate any response ..from company..and its 10 day over. I mailed him, raised a ticket in their forun and also made a call but no responce from their side. They are froud and cheaters so legal action should be taken against him. I booked samsung product and they delivere local samsung product whose tag is erasable... I have called many times but today they received anyhow and told its a deal product so we cant do any thing. Does it mean they can handover defected productbin deals... I have attached photos of product what I received ..(1st two pics) Last pic is what was shownnby company during booking...
