Dear sir/madam, I have ordered samsung power bank 16800 mah vide order no. [protected], but i have received 20800 mah. (Packing was not good & not working). I have mailed to bookmyoffer costumer care, they are not responding to my mail and still not taken any action. Kindly arrange to replace my original order of samsung power bank 16800 mah, order no: [protected].
