Bookmyoffer.com — received duplicate, faulty and defective product

abhishek panwar [protected] jodhpur (raj) hello sir, on may 22th 2015. i purchased (book) a mi 10400 mah power bank from bookmyoffer.com. the product not arrived on time and when i open the box and try to use it, but the product not working properly. i shut the power of product off and returned it to the box. i received the product is celery faulty, duplicate and defective. so i want to return it and want to refund of my payment of rs 580 only. i received the product on may 31th 2015 by ecom express service. my order id is [protected], my order shipment id is[protected] and my registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. i would appreciate a quick solution of this problem. abhishek panwar
