No delivery till now

AWB : [protected] the delivery was scheduled to be done on 24th may. They neither deliver it nor updated the status about the next expected date. It's 25 th may already, still they are showing expected date is 24th May. I never face such horrible situation when it comes to courier sercice. Other companies like ekart or delhivery at least have some courtesy to inform their valuable customers in case of not being on time. Ecom...

Package still at delivery center after 7 days

The shipment is at the delivery center - Infopark Ernakulam from 6th March 2023 and I have not received any call from the delivery agent. On calling, Customer support automated message says it will be delivered in 24 hours. Ecom service

Delivery boy brought wrong parcel to a different address and demanded us to pay for it which was COD. we had not placed any order with Cod. When we said we dint order that ..he started shouting in front of the house ...and was warning us ..he is not going anywhere unless we pay and take that order. This was scary. Invalid tracking number

I have ordered the product on 17th Jan 2022 from Supercom.net seller through flipkart. So I tried to track my order in Ecom express website. It says Invalid tracking number. My tracking number includes FDSP+10 digit number. I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER care support from Ecom express, they said "This is not a valid AWB number and it's not an Ecom express tracking ID like this he said." Delivery Issue at ecom express maraimalai nagar

The delivery team at ecom express maraimalai nagar is absolutely irresponsible and reckless.
I have made 3 orders from Ajio and all the orders were not delivered on time and i had to make efforts to collect my order inspite of paying 99rs delivery charges.

About Parcel undelivered and wrong status updated against my AWB#

Irresponsible behaviour from Neyyattinkara Hub

My flipkart shipment [protected] is arrived at the Neyyattinkara hub near me at 3 days ago (07/01/2021) but still not yet delivered. nobody contact me for this shipment for the last day but i get a message that delivery has failed because my address was unlocatable.

parcel not received

I didnt recieved my product from myntra. But ecom express says, it delivered.. When i contacted myntra they shown me delivery proof.. That was a signature.. But not mine..
I always have same kind of problems with ecom express..
But this time it is crossed the limit. I will loss about rs 1100
Dont know what to do.. Better avoid shopping apps which has ecom express as delivery partner or ecom express should take appropriate...
