Fake parcel delivered

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ecom Express for its unprofessional and negligent service regarding my package delivery. My order, with AWB Number: [protected], was scheduled for delivery on 9th March 2025, but as of 12th March 2025, I have still not received it.

Nature of the Complaint:

1. Unresponsive Delivery Agent – The delivery person is not answering calls despite multiple attempts.
2. False "Customer Not Available" Status – The tracking status falsely claimed I was unavailable when I was waiting at home for the delivery.
3. Customer Support is Unhelpful – When I contacted Ecom Express customer care, I was only given automated options with no way to talk to a real agent. Instead of solving my issue, I was told to press "1" to reschedule, which is completely unacceptable.
4. Delay & Mental Harassment – The package has been stuck in transit without updates, causing me stress and inconvenience.

My Demands:

1. Immediate delivery of my package within 24 hours or a proper update on its status.
2. Compensation for the time and mental stress caused due to false updates and unresponsive service.
3. Strict action against such negligence and deceptive practices, which are affecting thousands of consumers.

    The parcel is undelivered

    I have odered earpods from croma and it has been messaged to me that on 11april i will get my parcel and it has come to the nearest store and it has been showed that the parcel is out for delivery and i was waiting when the parcel will come at 16.40pm i got message that your parcel is undelivered at that time only i conatct to the phone number given below but it was showing that not reachable and i mailed also at company but no response has...

      I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with my recent order (Order Number:[protected] placed on Amazon. According to the tracking details provided by Ecom Express (AWB: [protected]), my package was marked as delivered on January 26, 2025. However, I have not received the package, and the expected delivery date was listed as January 28, 2025.
      No Contact Details About Final Delivery Point (Its Ecom Express Razole), No source to contact with them.

        My AWB no is[protected]
        And my order was shipped on 10JAN and i didn't receive any call or the shipment was not brought to my address and I just received a message that you are not available during the delivery please reschedule your delivery. I rescheduled the delivery but there isn't any update. So, I have dialed to the number in queries section and I have rescheduled my delivery but when I checked the tracking link it is shown as OFD Lock By Outbound Customer Care.
        Please help me.

          I order a product from flipkart, after one week i recieved message from Ecom express that product is out for delivery but when i call the delivery boy he told me sorry tommarow it will be delivered, but then i contact him again but not receive my call, After that i check my status it shows parcel RTO locked. I don't know why they do this thing even the distance was not too much. Kindly resolve my query Awb Number is [protected]

            My parcel has been showing 'out for delivery' since 23rd December. The delivery boy has been saying every day that he will deliver it the next day, but he didn't deliver it even by yesterday evening and now he is not picking up the phone. And today morning it is showing 'attempt restricted ofd lock'. Please resolve the issue. I need that parcel urgently."

              My Campus shoes have not been picked up since a month despite 6-7 return requests which I have put on shopsy app. Every time I put return request which gets approved and cancelled within few hours. Ecom Express sends me sms that it will be picked up today and within few minutes it gets cancelled from Ecom Express. I want urgent refund and pickup done.

                My order shows out for delivery then failed delivery attempt and no attempt is made. On 7th December( sat) and 8th December (sun). I received this message on Sunday and on calling the number 10 times. The person with this number [protected] picked up and then rudely cut the call saying it’s Sunday and not to disturb him. When I asked for his name he cut the call abruptly. On Truecaller it’s shows Abdul Rahuf. He then switched off his phone altogether. And after turning it back on kept cutting the call. What kind of professionalism is this? If the delivery is not done on Sundays why is it showing attempted ? And why send a message to call certain number if the person has no interest in working.

                  Hi Team,

                  I am writing this message with regards to the delivery of my parcel. It has been over 7 days that the parcel has not been delivered to me. I contacted both meesho and ecomexpress multiple times for this parcel. This is not the way to provide service to the customer. Neither the delivery partner have tried contacting me neither they have visited my place. Whenever i try to contact the person for the delivery of my parcel, they block my number. This behaviour has caused a significant change in trust issues on ecom express.

                  I would request you please get my parcel delivered within next 24 hours. Orelse your team will be liable for the legal expenses and charges while filing the case with consumer court. I hope this is notification brings changes to your services and commitment.

                    I have been receiving daily messages stating that my product is out for delivery. However, by the end of each day, I am notified that the delivery has not been completed due to unspecified reasons and now the status is OFD lock (AWB No. [protected])

                    The primary issue appears to be that the delivery agent is not contacting me for delivery. Despite having the contact numbers of both the delivery agent and the DC manager of Ecom Express, neither of them is responding to my calls. I am trying to contact them daily, but they are not responding to my calls.

                    Additionally, I have raised complaints directly with Ecom Express through email several times, but no action has been taken, and I have not received any response from their customer service team.

                      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delayed delivery of my order [Order Number/Tracking Number: XYZ] that was scheduled for delivery on November 1st, 2024.

                      Despite the fact that the expected delivery date has passed, I have yet to receive my product, and I have not been provided with any concrete updates or reasons for the delay. I recently contacted your customer service team, and I was informed that the delivery is being held up because the item is allegedly "too heavy" to be delivered.

                      I am extremely dissatisfied with this explanation, as:

                      There was no prior communication about any weight-related restrictions or issues before the expected delivery date.
                      No specific details regarding the weight issue have been provided, nor any clear explanation of how this can be resolved.
                      The item was purchased and listed with a clear understanding of its weight, and there was no indication from your team that it would exceed your handling capacity.
                      I was not informed of an alternative solution or delivery option that would allow the item to be delivered in a timely manner.

                      I expect to be offered compensation for the delay and the inconvenience caused due to this issue.

                      I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Please contact me at given details to confirm the status of my complaint.

                        The shipment was with ecom express since 8/10/2024. Since then the shipment was processing regularly and was nothig suspicious. But the time it arrived the nearest fulfillment center the issue starts. On the very first day of the shipment when it arrived to neared cneter i.e. on 15/10/2024. The product first shows out for delivery which later turned into "undelivered" at night. after that they removed that from their website and on the next day same thing happens. This continues for some days. I even tried to contact the delivery partner by the given time but no one picked up the call. After so many failed attempts one of the delivery executive picked up the call but responded very rudely that he is not going to deliver the order as he don't have time and cut the call. I tried calling him again but he rejected the calls. i have also visited their center to collect my order myself but the guy over their denied saying that your parcel has been returned to the seller but the fact was the parcel was present over their at that moment.                         I have to visit the office multiple times and finally had to inform that if they have not delivered the product i'll call the police and file a case against them. No calls or support from company.

                        Today (21/10/2024) the shipment changes to out for delivery and at 8:20PM it changes to undelivered. The delivery guy did not picked up the call same as earlier.

                        On visiting their warehouse. The person informed that one of the delivery guy has done a scam and has stolen some of the parcels and is now missing. I don't know how is going pay for my loss.

                          My package hasn't been delivered yet its been 7 days. Its delivery date was 28 Sep 2024. There was no call from delivery agent. Now it's 5 October 2024. But it is not delivered yet. I had called customer carein reality I got no call from their side. They are baggingand debagging my order in my city for a week. This is so pathetic for a company like ecom express
                          They're fraud and won't deliver your order
                          Even they don't have any customer care number.
                          Please resolve my issue asap
                          Maybe the delivery executive stole my order and now they're covering up for the mess he made

                            My Order is in the Ecom Express Delivery Center from september 16. Till now nobody from Ecom Express called or came to deliver it. After one week also in the Order Tracking Link it is showing that the order is still in the Delivery Center and OFD Lock is applied to the order. It is a Prepaid Order, so if you are not going to deliver it, please Cancel the Order and return it to the Supplier, so that I will get the Refund for the Order. I[censored] don't want to cancel the order than deliver it today because i was waiting from last 8days. I cant wait for long now.
                            and i want my money back only so i will order a pyq book from other company.

                              I have ordered a product from meesho with AWB no: [protected] and it was meant to be delivered by 19th September 2024 but i still haven't received it yet and when I'm checking tracking link, it's showing OFD LOCK.
                              Either refund my money back or deliver my product within 2 days.
                              It's causing me mental strain and degrading my mental health severally.

                                  Courier was suposed to deliver health critical medicines yday - He didnt bother to come??

                                  Today when he visited he deliberately did not deliver the shpt saying they have system issues due to which they can not get OTP - simply left off - my wife literally requested to take money and deliver - but this guy spoke rudly and said to us go and talk to tata 1mg, dont bother him and ran off - this is so poor and hurting way??

                                  We want the delivery today - if something happen to patient we are going to suffer badly and this will get escslated to police and judiciary - help us!!
