I have ordered a Samsung power bank at UA website. It was delivered on April 1st.. But the quality is not up to the mark.. And it is not recharging aftr 2 mins. so I decided to raise a return request but I couldn't reach their customer care number I kept multiple mails but they don't respond to any. Bookmyoffer.com is fraud company. I also experienced the same. I have tried contacting their customer care via phone and email but they don't respond. I have visited their office and guess what the company moved from there.
So now is the time to teach them a lesson. Let's order the expensive and something big. Choose COD. Once the delivery man is out for delivery. Simply deny the package. Do it till the time bookmyoffer listen to us. Atleast, doing this will have some impact on their profit.
