I had bought samsung 16800 samsung power bank and the product is not at all working i want my money back.my order no.[protected]. i had call many times but customer care executives does not pick the calls. i have even sent e-mail regarding dis then also no response from their side. kindly help me. i want money back. Its not samsung product also its totally fraud product.
