This is the way you people are cheating your customers. I had ordered a samsung power bank.. received this is day before yesterday. Look at the condition of the bill and the box of the product. Seal is broken.. the box is torn. I read your policy terms on your website.. please dont accept if the seal is torn. How will i check if the seal is there or not ? You send your parcel totally wrapped in plastic sheet.. and the delivery person will not let you open the box until you pay him. The power bank doesnt work at all.. The product is not original as well. Duplicate stuff.
