Hi team, I have ordered a samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light from bookmyoffer.com. It was delevered to me on 27-dec-16. I have got a domaged item. It does not work at all. Also there are multiple scratches on the product. I am totaly unsatisfied with the product. I want to return the item and refund back of my money. I have wrote several mails to the customer care services regarding this issue. But not a single time i have received a answer. Several times i called their customers care no but not a single time connected. I need your help on this asap. I am attaching the system generated acknowledgement of mail received.
