The mi powerbank 20800mah i ordered on 6 may and recieved on 9th may isnot wrking properly. Even after charging it fr 5-6 hours it works maximum for an hour and moreover doesnt charge the phone properly. this ws frst time i tried online buying. Just replace my product or refund me my money my ref no [protected] . Even tried the costomer care no but no responses

Ya i even got a call from the company representative, but he wasnt very helpful . He didnt evn talk properly . And obviously my product isnt not returned or refunded yet.
