Hello, i have ordered samsung class 10 32GB memory card in bookmyoffer.com on 05.03.2017 by cash on delivery.Then they delivered the product on 09.03.2017.When i opened the parcel. There is Samsung 64gb memory card which is not working.But the memory is faulty and not working. I called customer care and i have send the mail to the [protected]@bookmyoffer.com on 09.03.2017, but there is no response from bookmyoffer. So i need help to replace the product or refund the money.
