[Resolved] BookMyOffer.com / Saturday Sunday Media Internet — Wrong duplicate product(power bank) delivery | |||||
I ordered Mi branded 20800mAh power bank on 1/11/2016 but On 6/11/2016 I received shipment of Samsung power bank after making COD payment of rs.599. But the product is duplicate, its only charge a mobile upto 70% approx and then off instead its having capacity of 20800mah. I mail this to their cus care mail id and also make ph call to cus care no but call not connected every time and they did't reply any positive feedback. Was this information helpful? | |||||
