Bookmyoffer.com — they are cheaters

I ordered mi 10400 power bank. They sent me faulty product. I sent many complaint mails on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and also submitted many complaints on their website. They nevef pick there call centre no. And once it was picked and a girl agent said that soon product will be replaced and its 20 days now. No response from their side and also no one picks call centre no. Beware of such cheaters I am registering police complaint against them. Pls do not buy anything from that website
