Bookmyoffer — duplicate mi power bank of 5200 Mah instead of 10400 Mah

I ordered 10400 Mah Mi power bank for rupees 580 .But when product arrived it was totally different than what was shown in pics. It was 5200 Mah and that also is not working.I think this company is totally doing fraud and earning lot of fake money. When I am calling their customer care no, no responce.Please help me or catch these fraudies.
