I have forwarded the image (attached here) of the product as per their request on 7th January. But they have not replied back after that. It is their responsibility to provide a solution for the fault product. The samsung powerbank I ordered on[protected] is not working at all. The order number is [protected]. I got this product on 3rd Jan 2017. This is a duplicate product and charging is not working. I request you to collect the product back and return the payment of INR 448 collected from me.
