BookMyPacket.com — wrong product receive from the bmp (bookmypacket.com) courier

I have receive one sharee 0n 28.08.2018 through bmp (Bookmyproduct.com), percell have in cod of amount rs1248/-, my family has receive the percell by paying rs 1248/- as i have orderd to snapdeal.com.
But when i open the percell i came to know that this product is fake, this is not our orderd item. By the awb no[protected], i shows the detali of shipping process. There is no detail of seller. I have to return the packet, when ever i wish to contact bmp person, they do not response.
