I have placed online order for (Renewed) Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (Phantom Silver, 12GB RAM, 256 Storage) & Boat earphone at the company's website www.bookmysale.co.in. The Order was placed on 29th August, 2023.
Payment for the said product was also made through the UPI Amount Paid is Rs 2899/- & 199 Respectively.
I have been trying to reach the company officials, but the phone is not reachable. I have sent them emails asking for an update on the order fulfillment. Each time i have sent an email, i get auto response stating that as per the delivery policy, the product will be handed over to the dispatch team within 7 - 15 days from the date of order placement.

There is no update on the product delivery.
Please help me to get my Refund back shall be highly appreciated.
