Bookmysale — Refund of money due to order was unsuccessful and money deducted

I have placed online order for (Renewed) mobile OPPO F21 Pro (Sunset Orange, 8GB RAM, 128 Storage at the company's website www.bookmysale.co.in. The Order was placed on 08th August, 2023.
Payment (Rupee 2799) for the said product was deducted from my account but the message showing my order was unsuccessful, below message shows
Your order # rllRJuk4QpbFje8WAM3iCTLlj is Unsuccessfull.
Reason for failure : Completed successfully.
Payment Reference no:[protected]

I have been trying to reach the company officials, but the phone is not reachable. I have sent them emails asking for an update on the order fulfillment. Each time i have sent an email, i get auto response stating that as per the delivery policy, the product will be handed over to the dispatch team within 7 - 15 days from the date of order placement.

There is no update on the product delivery.

Please help me to get my Refund back shall be highly appreciated.
