Bookmysale.co.in — Refund for my Order No MT001539 & MT001527

I have placed online order for (Renewed) Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (Phantom Silver, 12GB RAM, 256 Storage) & earphone at the company's website www.bookmysale.co.in. The Order was placed on 30th August, 2023.
Payment for the said product was also made through the AU UPI . Amount Paid is Rs 2899/- & 99/- Respectively.

I have been trying to reach the company officials, but the phone is not reachable, I mailed them no of times (, [protected]@meraoffers.com,
meraoffers.[protected]@gmail.com ) but there was no response. I also highlighted on Chatbot but there was no response. It seems they duped the whole money. I only went to buy the product from this website after seeing the advertisement in Jagran.com, aajtak.in and moneycontrol.com assuming that website is genuine but it seems all is fake.

There is no update on the product delivery.

Please help me in getting my refund back.

It seems this is a fraud company and duped many of the customers money.

I would kindly request you to help me in getting my refund back.
