Refund for my Order No MT001539 & MT001527

Address:Vivekanand Park, New Pataliputra, Patna - 800013

I have placed online order for (Renewed) Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (Phantom Silver, 12GB RAM, 256 Storage) & earphone at the company's website www.bookmysale.co.in. The Order was placed on 30th August, 2023.
Payment for the said product was also made through the AU UPI . Amount Paid is Rs 2899/- & 99/- Respectively.

I have been trying to reach the company officials, but the phone is not reachable, I mailed them no...

Payment for the said product was also made through the SBI UPI . Amount Paid is Rs 2899/- & 199 Respectively.

I have been trying to reach the company officials, but the phone is not reachable, bookmysale...
