[Resolved]  Bookshop Of India — No response or acknowledgement from seller after purchase

My name is Hari Prasad s/o Sudindran. Purchased a book (Calculus Volume II 2nd Edition by Tom Apostol) on November 13 for 693.10 rupees including shipping charges from https://www.bookshopofindia.com/ website. Haven't received any acknowledgement or response from the seller regarding shipping of the product since. Looking at their website, I suspect they have stopped their services considering their latest goods in their inventory are from 2020. Please look into this and secure me a refund. Thank You
