Haven't received any acknowledgement or response from the seller regarding shipping of the product since. Looking at their website, I suspect they have stopped their services considering their latest goods in their inventory are from 2020....

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We had made payment for purchase of book on 02/02/2023 to Bookshopofindia online.

Till date we have not even shipped the book inspite of reminders. I've tried contacting them multiple times. The contact number provided on their website is not reachable neither do they ever respond on email.

My parcel not deliver in location and without permission two day attempt my order help us !

I have placed order on this website on 16 June 2022 and 20 June 2022 for 2 and 1 books respectively. But till now no message or update regarding the shipping is provided nor they are replying to emails. And their phone number given on website is switched off. And there is no option available on website for cancellation of Order too. Order number - BOI75302 & BOI75305. Kindly cancel the orders and refund the amount .

I have online ordered a book titled "Lal Kamal" on 17.05.2022 vide order No. #75224 through company website. However, I have not received this book yet. Also, they have no t updated about my order . Mobile no ([protected]) provided at website is not working.

Cheating
They tell one price first after transfer they tell another price for books if send rest of amount then will send books other wise no refund.

I have ordered a book on www.bookshopofindia.com (Confirmed through mail and mobile message by them)[protected] vide ORDER NO. :74864 (Business Mathematics by Dinesh Khattar) by paying
Rs.355 ( including Rs.100 for delivery charges for delivery within 5-6 days ) on 27th September, 2021 at 11.09 PM but the company did not provide any details and did not deliver my product yet. Most importantly I could not access login to my account in the company's website to check the details of my order and my account. Actually log in credentials seem never existed on their site and I am very tensed seeing it. Kindly look in to the compliant and take action against the company to honour my order or refund me.
