Sir I hv ordered for a book from online website bookshopofindia.com but after 15-16 days of placing order d order has not reached to me. Yesterday I called on their customers care number nd they told that to book is currently out of stock nd it takes another 10-15 days for printing.they told me 2 send mail to cancl order but stil I hv not receive their mail...now plz sir help me so that I can recover my money from fraud website. ..
