Bootees — order delayed | |||||
I ordered a T-Shirt from Bootees.in on[protected]. I paid Rs. 233 Online as they don't allow you to place order via COD. They promised to deliver by end of April. After end of April, when i mail to them they said because of Stock Issue and Technical Problem your order is delayed, it will be delivered after 1 month. Whenever i mail to them they always give me same reason, and when i request them to cancel the order then their reply is "Please wait you will surely get your tees.." I have not received the good that i have ordered or any type of communication for the same i have paid the amount through Cc Avenue not receiving calls or mails

I had orderes an Tshirt from bootees on 24th july 2019..its since 4 months and i have not received it yet.. Customer care mobile number is switch off, no reply to my email from the company.. plz help ... I had already paid oin advance for this order as COD was not available as per the websites rule.
