I recently purchased a harman kardon headset from booyah chicago via amazon.In. These are my order details Harman kardon harkar-ae in-ear headphone Delivery estimate: 3 may 2016 - 11 may 2016 Order number:[protected] Order placed: 21 april 2016 Order total: rs.5596.00 I payed 5596 inr and got the item. When i opened the item, i got an invoice which states the cost is $41(~2700 inr) but i was charged double the price in the name of custom clearance and delivery changes. Once i saw the invoice, i was disappointed and called the customer care to get a clarification on this. But the customer care people where of no help and they couldn't say me the reason for the double price. So i decided to return the product and than created a return request. To my surprise, i received a mail from a customer service executive stating that only 80% of the amount will be refunded and 20% will be deducted. When i asked them why there is no proper response from their end and i got a mail stating 20% will be deducted as a custom clearance charge and delivery charge. I dont see those terms in their return policy @amazon or the product details page. Than i called the amazon customer care to complain about it. The customer service executive said that he will raise a ticket for this and will get me 100% refund but i haven't got any update on it in the last two days. Was this information helpful? | |||||

now how can use this system i don`t know its useless to me unless i get manual
so kindly send me the ma the manual and oblige me.
