I am dr hemanth raju comdt med/chief medical officer of border security force bangalore. Would like to file a complaint against lady tte who was performing duty 0n 18th at about 0800 hours front gate city rly station bangalore for wrong charging of rs 320 /- for platform ticket and wrongly mentioned that i have traveled without ticket by train no 16537 and also insulting a senior officer by declaring as a ticket less traveler and fined rs 320/- very casually instead of rs 250/- for platform ticket
"on 18 june 2016 while doing routine morning walk i entered in rly campus okalipuram i have not found any way out and asked rly employ they shown this route where i entered rly sation there no rly counter was there to purchase platform ticket. To purchse i should go out i requested tte while walking
By mistake i entered the rly station once entered i should go out by any route and gate. She behaved very arrogantly and fined for ticket less traveler.
It is requested kindly take an action against tte for wrong and excess charging and refund amount taken excess from me Was this information helpful? |
