[Resolved]  Border Security Force — Conversion of family pension

Dear Sir,
My father was getting his pension from Kazhakuttom PO trivandrum Kerala.He(Sreedharan Nair K) was retired from BSNL and he expired on 4th FEB 2009.I personally went to Post master kazhakuttom PO and enquired about the procedure to change the pension to family pension. She told me to give an application of my mother and submit death cirtificate. I subbitted the documents on the same day thats on 13 feb. When i enquired about the pension in the last week of Feb they informed me that, the Acctt section is busy with pay destribution and all, and it will be done in next week. They also told me we will write to Acctt section and get a form for this porpose.But after expiry of almost 7 weeks they have done nothing infavour of the pesioner.Yesterday i talked to the postmaster kzm, but she doesnt know the procedure, she is simply blaming the acctts section. I asked the tele no of accts section ie [protected] and talked to the official present there.When i introduced the matter the mail voice attended the phone said the it will take more time and we had a lot of other work and disconnected the phone. Again i dialled the no, the a lady attnded the phone i again asked to talked the same official, after some time he again disconnected the phone. Once again i dialled th same no and asked for his superior officer. he gave a tele no ie[protected], when i told the whole details to him, he is also talking on the same line. He told me that u go to Consumer court and all.
There fo ri request u to do needful to disburse the pension as early as possible, and take action according to yr rules against the defaulters.

Border security force — Un credit of SBI Cheque in account

a cheque No.444945 dated 16/4/2009 infavour of Viswanathan has been put into the cheque dropping box of SBI CGO Complex, Lodhi road New Delhi on 16th april 2009 alongwith cheque deposit slip duly filled to credit into my account No. [protected] of SBI Kottarakkara, Code No.5047. Inspite of 15 days elapsed after dropping the same cheqe in the drop box placed inside the bank, the amount has not been deposited into my account till date by which a loss of one lakh rupees occurred to me. On 17th April I was to have reached at my home town Kottarakkara, Quilon –Distt, Kerala urgently by flight for registration of a land which conduct on 18th april 2009, but I could not book air ticket from New Delhi to Trivandrum for 18th morning as the amount in cheque No.444945 amounting to Rs.7200/- did not credited into my account by SBI, CGO Complex, New Delhi. So I could not arrive at sharp time, the deals have been rejected by the land owner . Sir let me tell you it is not first time such type of lapses made by the SBI . Sir I would like to ask you who is responsible for my great loss happened to me. I took account in SBI is on the faith that it is a leading bank of India directly undertaken by India Govt. But now I am extremely unhappy feel harassed and cheated by this kind of customer service.
I would request your goodself the loss of Rs 1 lakh as compensation may be met out from SBI CGO Complex, Lodhi Raod New Delhi.

Border security force — Non Refund of Failed Transaction

Respected sir,

I wanted to book a railway reservation ticket from Guwahati to Jammu Tawi 15/07/09.My account id on IRCTC is nsnegi59. I have tried to book the ticket through my SBI ATM -cum debit card, but all the transaction has failed. When i have checked my account Rs. 6, 089 /- for ID Ref No. [protected]I G09035650 TRANSFER TO [protected] is debited from my account. Request intimate how many days you will take to refund the amount into my account, i arrangtley required the amount for my onward journey.

Border security force — debt of Rs 20000/- from false transaction

sir/madam

i have an saving account no. [protected] in SBI main branch Moradabad bank code 0682.
which is used by me as salary account.

On 30-09-09 I had drawn Rs 7500/- from ATM. but the cash was withdrawn in fourth attempt
due to some machine problem. After completion of transaction i saw the mini statement in
which Rs 20000/- deducted from my account which was a false transaction.

I had inform to the concerned sbi branch moradabad regarding the subject but there is no
positive response from the dealing hand of bank.

As i am serving in BSF at poonch jammu it is not possible to me to come many times to my
home.

It is therefore i requesting you kindly look into the matter and please do the needful to deposit
the deducted amount Rs 20000/- from false transaction. i shall be ever thankful to you.

1. i have a account no.[protected] on sbi main branch moradabad.
2. Rs 20000/- debitted from my account which was not withdrawn by me.
3. i withdrawn rs 7500/- by atm which was done in fourth attempt.
4. so due to some net problem Rs 20000/- deducted from my account
5. please check the transaction and deposit my deducted amount in my account
6 as i am serving in BSF it is not possible to me to come to moradabad sbi many times

But I when withdrawal Rs 6000/-Date &time 13/10/09 15:27 ATM ID S1AN00478908 THat a time Balance sown the ATM Slip Is Rs 46077/- but my account was debited Rs.21000/-(excess Rs 15,000/-) it is therfore requested that kindly look into the matter and registered in this complaint and necessary action please
