Bought Borosil Health Pro Cold Press Slow Juicer in Aug 25 ( still under warranty

Juice is require as it is prescribed by doctor and thus we need juice every day
Juicer gives more pulp than juice, one can easily say you are eating juice not drinking juice .
Complaint attended by Borosil and some parts were changes but the juicer still gives more than 50 percent pulp .Again approached service center and their St Executive Escalation team Mr Vicky ( whatsapp number [protected] ) refuses to accept the problem with the juicer

It's an expensive juicer and as a customer where should one go if customer care or escalation team does not listen
