[protected] Item sent earlier with only 15 pieces. Replacement received today sent with only 17 pieces. The return page is now asking for photos of each item with address and barcode label etc. Photos taken are marked as not acceptable. How am I supposed to return this item?

    I purchased a Borosil Best 25 L Air Fryer OTG, from the Borosil website online.
    1) Borosil CC department miss guide me, They don't have full knowledge about the product.
    2) After-sale service is too poor, they don't have their own technician or engineer, for example, demo, repairing, checking.
    3) Borosil management tried to cover his staff's mistake. instead of my refund, they try to send me borosil voucher which I have to use only on borosil products and on their website.
    4) From 09th July till date they have tortured me mentally.
    I need my refund because their product is totally unuseful for me, more time consumption, quality as well as productivity-wise.

      Hi Team,

      I am astonished to see such a poor quality of steel used for borosil hydra water bottle.

      I am using borosil from 2 decades. But this product shook my confidence with brand.

      Bolosil is selling their product quoting it's a Stainless steel bottle. But if it's steel how come it's getting rusting.

      Never expected borosil to cheat their customers. I want to make sure this matter reaches the product quality department of borosil. Borosil is selling such a substandard product and playing with customers' health and hygiene.

      Its simple breach of trust.

          I have initially buy the product in nov 21 month and then it stop making warm water in feb 22 and that time it hardly 1 month of winter left and now i have taken out the bottle in nov 22 month...it again doent making water warm.and now you are saying we cant replace bcoz it is out of warranty period. That means you have sent the fake product to me in feb month and now you are making fool of your customer by arguing.
          Worst service and worst product.
          Never buy

            Sir/mam.
            I had ordered 63unit borosil dinner set from borosil.com on 2nd april 22.
            I selected a particular design from website which wasn’t available anywhere. So i decided to order from borosil.com despite having a longer delivery time.
            They delivered on 10th april, 4 days more the expected delivery date.
            I bought this as a gift for my sister’s marriage.
            I gifted this post her marriage because borosil had taken more than there expected time.
            Now when i gifted her and she opened the pack, the product was totally different from what I ordered. It was a very regular design which was available easily available anywhere in cheaper price.
            Now when i checked with borosil team. They have very casual reply that this is happened with the lot of customers please return will refund.
            But what about the time energy and money i wasted on this whole process. It’s easy for them to ask for return, but in my situation I can’t do that.
            Please urge you to take action against their this causal behaviour and logistical problem. So others can’t suffer this.
            Also i asked for the compensation which they refused.
            Please help me with this.

              I have an otg oven 60 L …it does not work properly, i compaint on borosil customer care, firstly they don’t listen my complaints..after 5 complaints..service man came and they make excuses you uses otg as commercial equipment..so they don’t repair it
              When i bought they never tell u can’t use it as commercial..at the time of repair they make excuses
              Please solve my issue as soon as possible

                Hi team, I have purchased Borosil OTG 42L on 3rd Aug'21. And there was defect ont he product, the glass lid isn't closing completely. The heat from the oven is emitted out of it and all the kitchen becomes warm when operated. Even the food isn't cooked/heated properly. I have raised a complaint regarding it and the Borosil technician has visited and told it's a manufacturing defect and it should be replaced. I'm trying to reach to the Customer care since 2 weeks, every day they say we'll arrange a call back, but there's no progress. Expected a better service from a company like Borosil but its really disappointing. Hope it will be resolved soon.

                  I bought borosil tiffin and during use i found that liquid is getting smelly inside toffin like daal i complained to dealer but no action was taken after complaining borosil customer xare they replaced the lid but problem is still persisting now i want to throw this useless tiffon and want my money back deepak gautam [protected]

                    I ordered my borosil chopper from amazon.
                    It stopped working an month ago.
                    So i contacted the borosil company to fix the problem.
                    They told they will send an repair person to my home who will fix the product as it was in the warranty period.
                    A guy named CHETAN came to my house and took the product with him and told me he will fix it and return it to me in a week.
                    He asked me to watsapp me the bill of the chopper.

                    He didn't return my product ever since. And now he stopped answering my calls and the borosil company itself are excuses when i talk to customer care.

                    I want my product back.
                    Please respond to my regards as soon as possible.

                      I was ordered two products from borosil but have't got any response from them except the mail of order conformation it contains tracing id and didn't contain the service provider of the tracking aftre searching int he website i came to know that borosil uses fedex. So after knowing that i tried to track my order in the official fedex website but it is showing no order with this id and seller is not even responding to my mail since many days and they are just sending automated mail stated your complaint ticket was booked. But they are not responding... Please help me to get my money asap

                        Hi, i had purchased borosil hydra thermos stainless steel flask, 500ml, silver from hypermarket on april 2018 and after 3months it started to heating outside and the liquid wasn't warm inside for more than 2 hours so, i called the borosil helpline[protected] and they assigned a technician thomas[protected] on 5th oct. When i called him he said he will come in a week and replace the product and kept saying the same thing for a month...
