Hi, i had purchased borosil hydra thermos stainless steel flask, 500ml, silver from hypermarket on april 2018 and after 3months it started to heating outside and the liquid wasn't warm inside for more than 2 hours so, i called the borosil helpline[protected] and they assigned a technician thomas[protected] on 5th oct. When i called him he said he will come in a week and replace the product and kept saying the same thing for a month and didn't turn up and again when i called him after a month he said that, they don't have the product and asked me to contact his manager nawal patil[protected] and he continued to say the same thing that, the product will arrive in a week’s times but, nobody came for the exchange and his response was so careless. Now, none are responding and i have no clue as to whom to contact.
If they don’t have a product to replace then i request them to kindly refund the amount!!.
