Boult — Product sent is partially missing

Hi i have buyed a boult z35 earbuds from Flipkart.. and one side of the bud was not working and I sent it to service in Delhi.. after receiving the product they sent me this message..👇

Hello from Boult Audio!

This notification is for partial product received at Boult Audio's service center. The product mentioned in the AWB number null is Z35 Sunset grey. Hence, please send us the complete product (except USB cable & cushions) to process the ticket further.

Note: The complete product should reach us within the next 7 days, failing which the Ticket ID: 01051741 will be closed from our end. For any further assistance.

i have corriered it properly with the charging case and buds and the original box.. but now they are informing this.. so please give me a solution for this issue
