Hi i have buyed a boult z35 earbuds from Flipkart.. and one side of the bud was not working and I sent it to service in Delhi.. after receiving the product they sent me this message..👇

Boult Rover Pro Watch/Not quality product regularly faulty product .

I have purchased this product on Flipkart last month and since last month it has been replaced 4 times in this while and I am still facing problems with the watch this time the watch is working but the display is blank and in previous cases many more problems were faced like this and as the assured battery life of your watch is 7 days but mine does not even last for a day it's steps counter does not even work well.And every time for replacement I need to courier the watch to the company and pay that charges my self and it's still not paid the money to me as the promised.And the delivery charges are approx 400-500 rupees and the company claims a 100 rupees and even it is still not transferred to me and there's no reply on the mail only bot generated mail's are sent and even if I request for refund they still replace me the watch again and it's always faulty product.

Earbass issue
Suddenly my boult audio airbass voice quality got decreased and the touch button not working. And the voice got low.
Its been only 5-6 month i have bought this wireless earbuds.
It sucks sometimes it get disconnected automatically and then reconnect.

Poor and unprofessional customer service
Dear Team,
I regret purchasing your product after having a very bad experience with your customer service.
I purchased a Boult neck band earphones online in June and within a month time I had problems as battery was draining soon and the left side piece was not working. I approached you authorised service centre on July 12, and after investigation they placed a replacement request where they assured to get it on 5 working days. Case ID JCHN[protected].
After a week, since there is no response from your end, i contacted your customer service and they said we escalated the case and it will be shipped and I will receive it in a week time. They also shared a reference number and while tracking it, it says invalid tracking I'd. So they have shared a name sake I'd. Still I thought it's a system issue and waited for week.
Since there is no update after a week, i again contacted the customer service and they again said that it will escalated and I will receive a new reference number, which means the product is not shipped yet. When I asked on why it was not shipped earlier, there is no proper response and they said they will ship it now and they cut the call abruptly which is unprofessional.
So do you expect your customers to buy your product and suffer like this. Actually you haven't given me a product rather you are holding my money. I need a proper response and if i don't get it, I am planning to share all the call recording and details to media and consumer court for the same which I believe you would not like or expect.

Boult Audio xpods default
I bought boult audio xpods few months back, which is still in warranty period, from which the sound issue is coming, the speaker on the right side is giving little sound and the speaker on the left side is giving a little less sound, which is Very less than before, as well as the battery backup is much less than before, about 1 hour only.
I am sending Xpods photo. So that it is easy for you to understand. Hope you will solve this problem.

the right side is not working from the date of purchase on flipkart
Purchased boult airbase freepods. The right site is not working from the date of purchase on flipkart when i go to write camplaint, there is no product name of product i purchased that is boult airbass freepods. Boult Audio Probass boult headphones headband got torn

Purchased brand new boult headphone
Within a month the headband from one side got torn due to poor plastic quality
The other one also got torn I am working from and need to work through headphone. So got these but it's of no use as the headphone is not available in the market .I can't buy a new so kindly repair it asap or provide the headband I am having the bill as well the warranty card with me

Hey i had purchased boult wireless earphone but after using it for 2 months i started experiencing low sound and bluetooth automatically get disconnected/or pause the current song while playing in background.
Also recently i had experienced that my headphone is not connecting my device even headphone is working absolutely fine and lights are blinking and ai responding whether it is turned on or off.
My device is not damaged at all from any where also its all parts are intact and without any single scratch.
If possible i am looking for exchange if repair is not possible.
My headphone in not working since 12/01/2020.
I had purchased the same on 03/09/2019.

I used boult audio Q9 since from October but now i faced some problem, power key not working also colsed automatically. I was but from Amazon on 3rd oct by saller - Appario Retail Private Ltd. Order number[protected] pls solve asap.

One side earphone is not working still under warranty. Its pathetic to see such bad issues with a product of worth 3499. And its kind o[censored]nprofessional service that i need to ship product on my own and bears the expenses as well.
This seems way to bad after investing this amount on a product and what u get is cheap product and cheap service and warranty support.

So my earphone's (Boult probass muse) lest side stopped working! No audio is coming out from that side! I filed a complaint against same on there website but till now the ticket has not been processed and also the costumer care had not reverted back through any medium!
The product is still in the warranty period! I bought it through amazon!
Also now they are not showing the same product on amazon!!

I brought the new boult earphone only before 6 months but its already not working and the right bud is not audible..its not even halfmark in the warranty period..its still in the warranty period..so may i get it replaced as soon as possible..

I have purchased boult Boost Bluetooth headphone one month back. The power has stopped working all of a sudden. There is nk customer service as such. Please provide support immediately.

I have bought boult airbass twinpods and right earbud isn't working and only red light for charging is glowing.i tried turn them on but it isn't turning on. I bought it for 2000rs date I bought it on 30 September . I have bought it from amazon.in and I want a replacement for it asap.
