Boult — Subject: Delayed Warranty Pickup and Poor Customer Support by Boult Audio

I purchased Boult earbuds which are still under warranty. Recently, one side of the earbuds stopped working, so I registered a warranty complaint with Boult Audio. My complaint/ticket ID is[protected].

The pickup was scheduled two days ago, but the pickup agent has still not arrived. He repeatedly says that he is on the way, but no pickup has been completed yet.

I also tried contacting Boult customer support through WhatsApp and customer care, but I have not received any proper response. The customer care number is unreachable, and there has been no support from the company regarding my issue.

This delay is causing inconvenience and shows poor after-sales service from Boult Audio.

I request Boult Audio to immediately arrange the pickup and resolve my warranty claim as soon as possible.
