Hi,
I have booked the andaman honeymoon package from boutic travels private limited from 4 jan 2018 to 10 jan 2018, and i have paid the full amount of rs 35468 via payumoney on 28 oct 2017.
Following is the transaction details
Merchant name: boutic travels private limited order amount: rs 35468.00 merchant order id: d2615081.
The boutic travels agent (Debasish) first convenes me that i will get all booking service before the journey dates but he has not fulfilled what he said, then he keep giving m justification that i will get the required before my journey then on 3rd jan 2018 he said he has not done the booking and i will get my refund. Please help m to get my refund.
